Scope
These terms cover quotes requested through this website and cleaning services provided by Ottawa Cleaning Experts in Ottawa, ON. Questions about anything below can go to info@ottawacleaningexperts.ca or (613) 801-6769.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this site - including any figure produced by the cost calculator - are estimates, not offers. The final price is confirmed after we discuss the job or review photos of the space, because condition, layout and access all affect how long a clean takes. A confirmed quote is valid for 30 days from the date we issue it.
Taxes
All prices shown on this website exclude HST. HST is added on the final invoice.
Recurring service
Recurring cleaning is month-to-month. There is no contract and no cancellation fee - you can pause or cancel at any time by telling us.
If something is missed
If any part of a clean does not meet the standard we agreed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return and put it right at no charge.
Access to the property
We need safe access to the property at the scheduled time, along with working water and power. If we cannot get in or cannot work safely, we will contact you to reschedule.
Insurance
We carry business insurance and our staff are bonded and background-checked. Documentation is available on request before work begins.
Using this website
Submitting a form on this site is a request for a quote or an appointment, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists once we have confirmed the date, scope and price with you directly. Personal information submitted through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
