How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form on any page or call us. We'll get back to you the same business day with a clear estimate.
Is there a contract?
No. All recurring service is month-to-month — pause or cancel anytime, no fees.
Do I need to be home?
Not for recurring clients. We'll arrange key or door-code access and follow your instructions every visit.
Pricing
How is pricing calculated?
Based on the size of the space, the type of clean (recurring vs. deep), and any add-ons. Our calculator gives you a fast estimate.
Do you charge by the hour or flat rate?
Flat rates for most jobs, so you know the price before we start. Hourly is available for unusual scopes.
Is GST/HST included?
Prices shown exclude HST; we add it on the final invoice.
Service
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — all products and equipment are included. We can use your products if you prefer.
Are your products pet- and kid-safe?
We default to low-fragrance, eco-friendlier products. Let us know about pets or sensitivities and we'll adjust.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to make it right — no charge.

Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured and bonded. Documentation available on request.
Are your staff background-checked?
Yes. All staff are vetted, trained, and stay on long-term with us.
